BioNexus Health is a private clinic. We reserve the right to not serve any person non-compliant with our philosophy and/or office policy.


We are a fee for service facility. Payment is due at the time of service provided. We accept cash, credit cards and checks. We do not accept any insurance at this time.


Initial Consultation: payment required for non-VIP/regular working hours consultation. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amount will be deducted from your initial consultation fee. Your appointment is exclusively for you. We do not double book. No show appointments will be billed for the full amount of the time scheduled for an initial consult.

VIP appointments work differently and our staff will inform you of the same during scheduling.

NOTE : It often takes time to update the website if needed. All policies outlined in the patient initial consultation paperwork are above and beyond the website information. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Practice Policies

Office Policy

We require a credit card number on file for all patients in order to schedule appointments.

To be considered an active patient and receive ongoing care, we require that the patient be seen in our office at least twice per calendar year and maintain a regular follow up every 4 to 6 weeks via telephone, SKYPE or in person. The very nature of Herbal and Homeopathic remedies and biomedical treatments is such that regular updates are required for continued benefit.

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the very best medical care and to accommodate all appointment requests, we are requiring an email update prior to each consultation. Our clinicians meticulously prepare for each appointment prior to the time of your appointment. This ensures that we achieve the high standard of care and treatment we pride ourselves on.

Cancellation Policies

All services are provided by appointment only and this scheduled time is reserved for your exclusive use. The cancellation policy differs by the type of appointment, as documented below.

Cancellation of an Initial Consult

All new patient appointments must be canceled 5 business days (Monday - Thursday; not including weekends or holidays) prior to your scheduled appointment. We are CLOSED Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We usually have a waiting list and most of our patients travel far. They need a few days notice to make travel plans. Please be considerate to the many patients including children waiting to see Dr. Jodie A. Dashore. BioNexus Health retains the right to bill for the standard initial consultation fee for appointments in FULL for those not cancelled as requested above. Initial consult deposits are non refundable but you can reschedule within the 5 business day window stated above and the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment and will be duly deducted from the cost of the initial consult.

Follow-up Appointment Cancellation

We require 48 hours notice for follow-up consultations, which includes office visits or telephone consults with any of our clinicians and a scheduled procedural or treatment modality appointment. BioNexus Health retains the right to bill in FULL for any consultation not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Fees for non-cancellation of follow-up appointments are non-refundable and may not be used as credit to a future consultation or procedure.

To cancel an appointment, please call 732-772-1989. Our general office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. All cancellations must be stated via telephone. If you cannot reach us in person by phone, you can leave a detailed voicemail message with your name, patient’s name, date and time of your scheduled appointment.

In the case of a true medical emergency or an act of God (natural disaster) our cancellation policy does not apply but may require documentation in writing.

E-Mail Guidelines

Email access to a doctor is a rare privilege in today's busy assembly line medical model. Dr. Jodie A. Dashore reviews every email personally to maintain the highest level of care.




  1. Emails will be checked ONLY during our normal business hours Monday to Thursday between 9 am (Eastern) and 4 pm (Eastern).
  2. Please mail all your labs priority mail or Fedex. Emailed scanned labs require us to print them out. We bill 25 cents per scanned page. We will print all the pages emailed to us.
  3. It may take up to 36 hours for a reply to your email.
  4. We will NOT be able to respond to lengthy emails.
  5. All emails will be answered in the order received.
  6. All emails should be very brief and to the point so we may assist maximum number of patients needing help.
  7. Dr. Jodie A. Dashore is unable to analyze lengthy emails. Only one question per email please.
  8. Only ONE email per day is permitted per patient.
  9. Anymore than that and we will have to discuss that at your next appointment. This helps us to keep our quality of care high and help more patients.
  10. If you have many questions please call to schedule a phone consultation.

Access to the clinical staff by email is unlimited. Please use the VIP patient email account our staff provided you. 

You can expect a response within 24 hours, except when Dr. Jodie A. Dashore travels internationally. When she travels internationally you can expect a response in about 48 hours or less.

The First Appointment


BioNexus Health consultations are billed by the hour.

New Patient Consultation

The new patient consultation will last up to 2 hours depending on complexity. We suggest that you bring a snack and preferred toys, books etc for your child as the consult will be long.

Our unique approach addresses the whole body to get to the root cause of dis-ease. Many of our patients have been ill for years without finding any answers.

For children : Dr. Jodie A. Dashore will review your/your child’s history, conduct a comprehensive neuro-sensory and Biomedical exam, nutritional physical examination, Heart Rate Variability analysis if needed,. and observe your child’s interactions. Dr. Dashore will discuss how they see your child’s history and development as it pertains to a biomedical approach to Autism, Lyme Disease and other chronic neurological disorders. She will present a detailed treatment plan for your child.

For adults: Dr. Jodie A. Dashore conducts a full neurological, therapeutic, and musculoskeletal evaluation to develop your individual clinical profile. Specialty labs are ordered as needed. Zyto and Zyto EVOX assessments and Autonomic Response Testing are optional.

A detailed and custom tailored treatment plan will be given to you. BioNexus protocols may include supplements, herbs, homeopathics, nutrition, lifestyle, as well as therapies. Therapies may include: Electro magnetics, Frequencies, Oxidative, Immune, Lymphatics, Exercise, Sauna, Foot Baths, Foot pads, Detoxification, CBD, Neuro Bio-feedback, Biophoton, Emotional and Spiritual therapies based on patient’s individual needs.

For international Skype patients the first appointment is usually 2 hours.

We will provide you with a detailed plan, which may include recommendations for new therapies or changes to existing therapies, urine, stool and/or other testing, the use of supplements and medications and possible dietary changes with supporting resources.

And From There...

The first follow-up consultation (which may be in office or via telephone/SKYPE) will be scheduled with either Dr. Jodie A. Dashore approximately one month after the first visit. This will focus on the results of recommended tests and further treatment/ therapy plans. Future follow-up consultations will occur as needed every 1 to 3 months.

As other cutting edge therapies and/or interventions become known through research they may be recommended, when appropriate.

We are also available to address questions and concerns between appointments via email. It is important to note that Dr. Jodie A. Dashore is a specialist and she will not act as your primary care. For regular medical issues like colds, coughs, constipation, headaches you will continue to see your primary care physician for routine well and sick visits. Dr. Jodie A. Dashore will work with your caregivers and practitioners to coordinate and facilitate care.​


Dr. Jodie A. Dashore has over 24 years of experience, has spoken at over 120 multi national conferences, radio shows, media interviews and is a huge advocate of evidence-based continuing medical education with a special interest in Holistic and Integrative Medicine.


DO call ahead for an appointment as schedules fill very quickly.

DO call us as soon as possible if you must cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a bill for that time slot. Our Appointment Cancellation Policy explains our requirements for cancelling an appointment without incurring a charge. We suggest that you read it carefully and print out a copy for your records.

DO email the patient coordinator with brief concerns or questions, but limit them to things she can respond to quickly as she is assisting the doctor in seeing patients throughout the day.

DO send in your follow up email update. Our doctors require that this be completed and returned prior to each office or phone consult. This enables you to organize your concerns and questions, and saves you time and money at the time of your consult.

DO hope, DO try, DO dream.

DON’T fail to call us in the event of a missed/ cancelled appointment to reschedule. Follow up is very important.

DON’T call for a 15 minute appointment and expect to go to 30 minutes unless the schedule allows for it. It is better to schedule for enough time to go over all of your questions or schedule for shorter appointments more often so that all of your questions can be answered.

DON’T email the administrative personnel with multiple questions or severe concerns that only the doctor/PA can address. Please call for an appointment to discuss this with the doctor/PA. If you are acutely ill, do not wait for us. Please proceed to a local physician, your primary care, or if it is an emergency, call 911.

DON’T forget to list all current meds and supplements and the pharmacies you use with their phone number. Don’t bring all your current supplements with you. Just a list is sufficient.

VIP Plan Subscription Option

For those who would like greater access to Dr. Jodie A. Dashore we have a VIP Care Package option. Please ask our patient coordinator for the information. This option will give you access to Dr. Jodie A. Dashore via email, phone and sometimes texting on weekends, holidays, and even on Dr. Jodie A. Dashore’s vacation, including when she is travelling overseas or at conferences.

Skype and Telephone Policies & Procedures

By law Dr Jodie A. Dashore may not diagnose or treat your condition without seeing you in person first. Specifically, she cannot order tests or prescriptions for you, diagnose you or be your practitioner. Your primary care physician and/or other doctors should always be regarded as a primary source of information about diagnosis, treatment, prescription drugs, and medical conditions.


We reserve the right to discharge any patient when there are philosophical differences or any other irreconcilable differences as determined by our staff.

Follow ups are every 8-12 weeks. Failure to follow up will cause you to be discharged. Any follow ups after the required 8-12 weeks will be considered as a new patient appointment. After 6 months of inactivity your file will be properly disposed of for your security.
